Tent Damage

My brand new expensive roof top tent arrived damaged.  A forklift must have rammed it during shipping.

The three tracks used to hang the awning also came bent. 

As compensation for the damaged tent, the vendor offered me the awning and shower stall for free plus replacement parts shipped free.  He sent a set of 2 replacement awning tracks for the tent..... they were duct taped to a broom stick and arrived damaged also.  I complained and pointed out that they owed me three to replace the awning tracks that cam with the awning and two tracks to replace the ones that are bent on the tent. 

It has been almost 2 years and I have yet to receive any more parts. 

My opinion of them is mixed.  We both had bad luck, they tried to make some concessions, but they dropped the ball on the one yard line.  Had they sent me all of the replacement parts I would have a better review of them.
